We are committed to making an iPad app but in the meantime the web app will work fine in the iPad’s browser.
@Anon the current version is just the iPhone app which is why you see the 1x/2x button!
Please note this feature would only be possible on Android due to restrictions on other platforms.
@Grigor to my knowledge there was an API available in WP8 (not 8.1) that allowed something like this (but only in C++, not C#) - this app (http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/quiet-hours/f347a36b-80c0-430f-8631-e55046ee5a2a) used it which no longer works in WP8.1
Even with the API Windows Phone isn't flexible enough to make this worthwhile at the moment. Background tasks are only allowed to run every 30 minutes (and often not that consistent) which would mean muting up to 30 mins early or late into a class.
@Lindsay - you can just create a "Miscellaneous" subject, you don't need to add a class (which means no extra events will appear in the calendar) :-)
In recent versions of the apps there are options for 5, 15 and 30 minutes.
Hi Melvin, Would you be able to elaborate on what you mean please?
Hi Gabrielle, If you turn the phone sideways whilst on the timetable screen it will show you a view similar to the website / Windows 8 apps. Hope this helps.
Something similar to a gannt chart? Do you find the current layout confusing or are you finding it hard to read on a small screen?
If it's the small screen that's the issue we could look into changing the zoom feature to expand column widths and row heights as opposed to simply scaling?
