Currently the task "type" has only 3 types. Please expand this list to include options like:
It would be helpful if I could sync this app to my Google Calendar42 votes
it'd be really helpful if a feature was available to input teacher information (email, office hours, etc.)53 votes
Be able to cancel class on your schedule. Classes often get canceled and it still shows up on my study life. This would be a great feature.219 votes
It'd be nice to:
- add a description to tests;
- to be able mark the days we didn't show up at one class (mark ours absences);
- to have a section where we could see our grades;
- mark days in which we don't have a specific class (not like holidays, they "delete" every class in the day);
- the reminders could be shown in calendar (month&week) view;
- add isolated events without having to create a class for it (like a championshipin a weekend).169 votes
Make tasks repeatable without having to input the task individually on every single day.19 votes
There is an app on Google Play named School Planner. You can add grades from tests that you did on a subject. It calculates the average, and you can choose the weight of the tests! My Study Life should do the same thing, and add email notifications in general.18 votes
By creating a Public API, you will be able to expose your service to the likes of ecosystems like Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and more. This will also allow for integration into services like Google Calendar.12 votes
Hi, can you add widget for days of the week, please?79 votes
Add a Monday-Sunday week template that allows you to add tasks for each day. This will allow users to see what tasks they need to complete on a daily/weekly basis instead of just tasks they need to complete by a certain date.25 votes
I would like an option to pin any task to the dashboard, so that long-term tasks can be easily seen ahead of time if a user deems them important. I think this would really help others in addition to myself keep on top of big tasks153 votes
Keep the previous parameters of exam and type of task when adding a new task.
I often find myself adding an exam, then adding multiple revisions for that exam.
This is such an annoying task, since I have to re-configure the same parameters every time: the same exam, the same type (which is "revision"), the same due date.
It would be easier if the app would just memoize the latest added task, and keep its parameters. In this case, I would only have to re-configure the parameters ONCE when I were about to add tasks to a new exam.3 votes
To be able to see assignments in synchronised calendar10 votes
It would be very helpful to make tasks with no specific due date.4 votes
I would love if you add these options:
-safe more information about teacher (e-mail, consulting hour)
-credit points for each part module
-the possibility to change some regular events, because on some days they last for example longer.
-the ability to add like time to learn other events.
-a place were you can calculate your grade etc.
-add type of event like lecture, practice, tutorial
Thank you. Please vote :)58 votes
It would be great to be able to schedule when I will be working on completing tasks into the calendar. On the task tab, you can only put when it's due, but most of my planning revolves around scheduling when to work on hw or study, and I think this is true for many people.Mybe just a way you can click on a day of the week in the calendar and put "study for exam" or something along those lines.5 votes
